What are your best practices when it comes to using multiple checklists?

I’d say - use multiple checklists for different stages of the user journey. I’d recommend using only 1 checklist for new user onboarding, but onboarding doesn’t end there - you still need to get the users to discover the secondary and advanced features of your product to keep getting value post-activation. So - decide which features you want to present to them when - and create checklists for secondary onboarding: It’s a Never-Ending Story - What is Secondary and Tertiary Onboarding, and Why You Should See Onboarding As a Continuous Education Loop
